Job summary

The role requires at least seven years in data science, a relevant degree (Master's preferred), and excellent communication with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/DS or related STEM field.
• Minimum of seven years of experience in data science, with healthcare focus.
• Proven experience deploying Generative AI/LLM solutions in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and deployment of advanced machine learning models with Generative AI and LLMs in production systems.
• Oversee end-to-end data science project lifecycle from conception to deployment and monitoring.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of data scientists.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align projects with business objectives and healthcare regulations.
• Evaluate and refine models to improve predictive accuracy on healthcare data.
• Communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
