What you'll do

• Lead the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models, with a focus on Generative AI and LLMs, ensuring their integration into production systems
• Oversee the entire data science project lifecycle, from model conception to deployment and continuous monitoring
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of data scientists, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align data science projects with business objectives and healthcare regulations
• Evaluate and refine existing models to enhance their predictive accuracy and applicability to healthcare datasets
