MGT Impact Solutions, LLC is seeking a Lead Curriculum Writer (Curriculum Developer) to create and revise foundational skills curricula with research-based standards. You will collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, and stakeholders to deliver engaging curriculum for diverse learning environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, literacy, curriculum and instruction, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in foundational skills.
• 3+ years in curriculum development and instructional design.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Proven track record of curriculum development and alignment to standards.
• Strong understanding of foundational skills and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and write high-quality foundational curriculum aligned with standards.
• Lead development of instructional design planning tools and documents (scope & sequences, maps, pacing guides).
• Lead development of instructional materials—lesson plans, teacher guides, student materials, assessments.
• Ensure alignment across grade levels and content areas for progression.
• Collaborate with SMEs, editors, and designers to produce engaging, inclusive content.
• Adapt content for diverse learners and English language learners, incorporating feedback.
