Job summary

Somewhere is seeking a Senior Curriculum Designer — Leadership Development to own hands-on curriculum craft, modernize flagship programs with AI-context and design a brand-new program from scratch for 2027. You will write, design, and build materials end-to-end, collaborating with the learning design lead and executive coaches to ensure fidelity and impact.

You will create comprehensive content sets, slide decks, facilitator guides, and train-the-trainer materials while maintaining high design

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and building curriculum or learning programs.
• Proven ability to take a program from concept to finished materials independently (decks, guides, assessments).
• Strong grounding in instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Excellent written English and a sharp eye for structure, clarity and quality.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and content/design tools.
• Highly self-directed and organized, able to own build work end to end with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Overhaul two flagship programs, updating structure, content and materials for today’s leaders.
• Integrate AI implications on leadership and workplace content practically and credibly.
• Rebuild slide decks, participant materials, and facilitator guides to a consistent standard.
• Design a new 2027 program end to end: objectives, flow, content, activities, assessments.
• Produce full content set including PowerPoint decks and participant workbooks.
• Build the delivery toolkit enabling facilitators to run the program with fidelity.
• Create train-the-trainer materials and lead enablement for facilitators and coaches.
• Research trends and behavioral science; translate strongest insights into practical curriculum improvements.
• Maintain content organization and templates to ensure a cohesive, up-to-date product.
