Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience designing and developing online courses and e-learning content.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and online pedagogy.

Key Responsibilities
