Job summary

MGT is seeking a Project Manager for Curriculum Development to lead timelines, coordinate with content teams, and ensure on-schedule delivery of curriculum products. This remote, US-based role supports sprint planning, progress tracking, and client coordination to maintain quality and timelines.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in project management within curriculum development or related fields, with strong proficiency in Smartsheet, Asana, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of professional project management experience, ideally in curriculum development or instructional design production.
• Experience using project management systems/tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Airtable, Jira, Monday.com).

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain internal production timelines for curriculum development.
• Adjust schedules when team members are delayed or priorities shift.
• Maintain Smartsheet and Asana boards, project plans, trackers, and workflow docs for visibility and alignment.
• Support sprint planning with Content Leads and prepare materials for work cycles.
• Coordinate with clients on timelines and adjustments as needed.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and report updates clearly to leadership.
