Alloy Health is a women’s digital health company delivering expert care and personalised solutions nationwide. We are seeking a Lead Copywriter to define how Alloy sounds across channels and to personally write high-impact copy.

This fully remote role offers a monthly stipend for mobile/WiFi and a competitive equity package. You will build a practical voice system, lead training, and ensure consistency with medical and regulatory reviewers while partnering with Growth Marketing and CX teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to distill complex health information into accessible copy.
• Experience building or evolving a brand voice system with guidelines and training materials.
• Mentoring or editing writers, with or without formal direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Define and document brand voice and tone.
• Build and maintain a practical voice system for multiple channels.
• Lead voice training and onboarding for teams.
• Serve as final voice reviewer on high-stakes work and align with medical/regulatory reviewers.
• Write and edit high-impact copy across campaigns, landing pages, scripts, product names, subject lines, and notifications.
• Collaborate on integrated campaigns across performance, brand, and social channels.
• Support positioning for new product launches and go-to-market copy.
• Collaborate with designers and Growth Marketing to align voice and testing roadmaps.
• Manage and coach freelance copywriters and contractors on the voice system.
• Elevate junior writers through review and standards.
• Write variants and apply conversion principles; use AI tools to maintain craft.
