Alloy Health is seeking a Lead Copywriter to architect our brand voice as we transform menopause care. This senior IC role defines tone, guardrails, and scalable copy across channels, while actively writing high-impact work.

You’ll build a living voice system, train teams, review work, and collaborate with marketing, product, clinical, and CX. Expect fast-paced, high-volume output and hands-on craft with a witty, clinical edge.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional copywriting experience across brand and performance.
• Proven impact in a high-growth DTC brand.
• Experience building or evolving a brand voice system with artifacts.
• Outstanding portfolio spanning campaigns, product launches, and tone-driven work.
• Able to distill health information into honest, accessible copy and collaborate with medical reviewers.
• Experience mentoring writers, even without formal reports.
• Fluency with creative ops and project management tools.

Responsabilités

• Define and document our brand voice and tone with principles and examples.
• Build a practical voice system for cross-functional use and evolutions.
• Lead voice training and onboarding and act as final voice reviewer.
• Write and edit high-impact copy across campaigns, pages, scripts, and notifications.
• Collaborate across teams to define testing roadmaps and align on voice.
• Manage and coach freelance copywriters and contractors.
