Real Chemistry is seeking a Creative Director, Copy to join our growing team. You will lead copy across healthcare brands and guide art and copy teams to deliver high-impact work.

This role can be remote within the United States or based in any of our U.S. office locations. You will oversee multiple brands, ensure standards, present ideas to stakeholders, and contribute to business growth.

Formación

• 10+ years healthcare/pharma copywriting
• Agency experience in healthcare/pharma required
• Portfolio or PDF of relevant work samples required

Responsabilidades

• Guide teams to produce high-quality work
• Oversee art and copy, providing feedback
• Grow business organically
• Oversee multiple brands with appropriate support
• Own brands and drive growth for clients
• Ensure creative standards and accurate copy
• Present ideas confidently to stakeholders
• Contribute ideas to client presentations and larger workstreams
