Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle conflict resolution process and ensure quality.
• Perform advanced conflict searches and review results for potential conflicts.
• Communicate with attorneys and staff to clear conflicts.
• Document and organize conflict resolution records for audit.
• Assist with clearing potential lateral hires as assigned.
• Support and train RM team members.
• Report progress to department management.
