Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, seeks a Commercial Casualty Supervisor for Complex Claims with remote operation across the United States. You will supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims, oversee coverage decisions, and provide settlement guidance while coordinating with partner clubs and brokers.

You will lead operations and performance management, ensure DOI compliance, and manage internal/external resources to deliver results in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• HS/GED or 3 years virtual customer service experience required.
• Must hold an adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain within 90 days.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; professional designations valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of complex claims across multiple states remotely.
• Provides guidance on coverage, liability, and settlement Authority; liaises with brokers/clients.
• Manages staffing, workflows, and quality assurance to meet service standards.
• Directs litigation oversight and monitors external counsel & legal costs.
• Drives leadership, culture, and collaboration across teams; supports growth and development.
