This role supports a remote-work arrangement within Arizona and leads compensation analysts while contributing to major projects, benchmarking, and data analytics using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and related tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning required.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in compensation or HR preferred.

Responsibilities
