Tokio Marine HCC is seeking a Lead Casualty Claims Adjuster for a remote USA role. You will handle complex claims from FNOL to resolution, advise on coverage, and mentor junior adjusters while coordinating with partners and clients. Expect up to 50% travel for conferences and mediations as needed.

Preferred background includes a JD, CPCU/AIC, and extensive experience with construction defect and OL&T claims across the U.S. Strong analytical and communication skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Juris Doctorate preferred but not required.
• CPCU or AIC designation preferred.
• State Adjusting License(s) required or obtainable.
• Minimum 6 years' experience handling construction defect claims across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Proactively handle complex claims from FNOL to resolution with partners.
• Draft and communicate coverage positions to insureds, brokers, and agents.
• Maintain diaries and current status on all files.
• Ensure files are actively worked and current; apply best practices.
