Tokio Marine HCC - Public Risk Group is seeking a Senior Property Claims Adjuster (Complex, Large Loss) to manage multi-line first-party claims with autonomy and technical expertise. You will oversee investigations from start to resolution, applying advanced coverage knowledge and strong analytical judgment to deliver fair, timely outcomes for insureds and partners.

The role requires five years of claims experience, active adjuster licenses, and exceptional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in insurance claims.
• Active State Adjuster's License(s).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional appearance and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze coverage issues and evaluate damages to determine validity of complex property claims.
• Communicate with insureds and agents to provide high-quality service.
• Investigate claims via interviews and on-site visits, coordinating with independent adjusters.
• Analyze estimates of structural damage with Xactimate.
• Review contractor and appraiser reports to determine extent of damages.
• Negotiate settlements within defined authority and maintain proper filing.
