Tokio Marine HCC is seeking a Senior Property Claims Adjuster (Complex, Large Loss) to manage multi-line first party claims with autonomy and technical expertise. You will investigate, analyze coverage, and negotiate settlements while delivering high-quality service to insureds and partners.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of claims experience, an active state adjuster license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant insurance claims experience.
• Current Active State Adjuster’s License(s).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical focus with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze coverage issues, conduct investigations, and evaluate damages to determine validity of complex property claims.
• Communicate with insureds and agents and provide customer service to high standards.
• Investigate claims with interviews and on-site investigations, preparing written correspondence.
• Analyze repair estimates and Xactimate-based damage assessments.
• Review contractor and appraiser reports to determine extent of damages.
• Recommend reserves and settlements within authority and negotiate terms.
• Maintain complete claim files in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Travel for meetings and business purposes.
