Job summary

Tpa Technologies is seeking a Business Analyst 2 to lead escalation efforts for a global SharePoint retention migration. You will coordinate with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure timely migration of over 17,000 sites and strict adherence to deadlines set for late 2027.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience coordinating with director or AVP-level stakeholders.
Exceptional communication skills—polished, professional, and tactful.
SharePoint familiarity—site structures, basic admin, parent/child sites.
Advanced Excel skills—pivot tables, macros, reporting automation.

Responsibilities

Act as escalation lead in a high-stakes migration project and coordinate migration tasks.
Manage issues and elevate non-compliance to leadership.
Coordinate with executive-level leaders and cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
Support governance and data integrity during the migration of thousands of SharePoint sites.
