Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks a Business Analyst IT II to lead escalation on a global SharePoint migration program, coordinating with Records Stewards and Operating Committee representatives. This senior role drives retention compliance, manages complex issues, and aligns with executive leadership across multiple enterprise projects.

The position supports a large-scale program with tight deadlines and requires professionalism, sharp communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience coordinating with director-level or AVP-level stakeholders.
• Polished, professional communication with senior leaders.
• Knowledge of SharePoint site structures and basic admin tasks.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and automation.
• Ability to manage escalations and maintain professionalism under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Collect requirements, review plans and documents, and coordinate BG activities.
• Engage Record Stewards and Record Officers to oversee BG activities and deliverables.
• Coordinate migrations and assessments for records and retention.
• Assign BG coordinators to manage tasks and deliverables.
• Facilitate training and engagement for BG resources executing migration work.
• Follow up with BG employees assigned to SharePoint tasks.
• Notify the Operating Committee member when management support is needed.
• Monitor and report progress weekly to the EDGO Project Manager.
