Job summary

Apex Systems is seeking a Business Analyst IT I (Coordination & Reporting) for a two-year contract in Kansas City, MO (Remote). The role focuses on reporting, tracking, and coordinating SharePoint migration tasks within a Tiger Team to meet accelerated deadlines.

The candidate will support retention compliance, run reports, and manage high-volume follow-ups with Information Stewards while working with a fast-moving project and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant IT/coordination experience.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, automated reporting, and workbook validation.
• SharePoint knowledge including basic administration and user management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Attention to detail in reporting, tracking, and documentation.
• Able to self-manage and work independently in a fast-moving project.
• Willingness to take direction from leads.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BG SharePoint project activities per approved schedule.
• Investigate and triage issues impacting deliverables.
• Track deliverables, execute migration tasks, and report status and escalations.
• Prepare and submit SP Migration project KRIs on a weekly schedule.
• Monitor and report progress to the Record Steward and Tiger Team Project Coordinator.
