Gainwell Technologies seeks a Lead Business Analyst for AI Driven Delivery. This remote role guides AI-generated requirements, coordinates a BA team, and aligns client needs with project goals across healthcare IT.

You'll design business specs, document impact, and ensure traceability throughout delivery. Ideal candidates bring 9+ years in business analysis with Medicaid/Medicare exposure, plus strong Excel/SQL skills and experience with ALM tools.

Formación

• 9+ years as a Business Analyst with Medicaid/Medicare experience preferred.
• Experience in AI-enabled requirements engineering and end-to-end delivery.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to document and share requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Own governance and validation of AI-generated requirements in Gherkin format.
• Coordinate BA team duties on IT projects and mentor junior members.
• Bridge clients, PMs and tech staff to define and share business requirements.
• Develop business specs with clients at project start.
• Analyze and improve business processes to meet tech goals.
• Verify requirements by approving test results.
• Quantify impact using Excel/SQL for decision support.
