Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a senior data analytics lead to guide a small team of analysts and develop program specifications and mapping documents. You will perform data analysis to understand transformation needs, coordinate with ETL/Reporting teams, and ensure mappings meet business requirements.

You will propose improvements and work with leads to assign tasks and deliver on schedule. The role requires seven+ years of SQL experience, healthcare domain knowledge, and experience with

Qualifications

• Five+ years in healthcare data analytics or a regulated environment.
• Seven+ years using SQL to analyze, validate, transform, or troubleshoot complex data.
• Experience with large-scale system implementations, modernization, or conversions.
• Proven ability to produce source-to-target mappings and interface specifications.
• Experience authoring mapping workbooks and ICDs/companion guides.
• Experience supporting CMS or state certification activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work assignments with the development lead for projects.
• Collaborate with project management to complete documentation requirements.
• Create accurate mapping documents per the mapping process.
• Advance ETL/Reporting/Conversion work by clarifying mapping details.
• Support DSD creation and respond to queries.
• Present design recommendations to MITA teams, clients or vendors.
