Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Manager to own the reporting infrastructure that powers decision-making across our Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. You’ll be embedded with the business from day one to turn data into action.

In a remote-first environment, you’ll use expert SQL and LookML (or Power BI/Tableau) to standardize dashboards, enable self-serve analytics, and drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Expert SQL and ability to extract insights from raw, unstructured data.
• Reporting ownership with standardized dashboards and self-service analytics.
• 7+ years of BI/analytics experience, preferably with performance or affiliate marketing.
• Experience end-to-end reporting from data ingestion to dashboards.
• Strong collaboration with business teams to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across verticals.
• Embed with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends.
• Standardize dashboards and enable self-service analytics across teams.
• Deliver retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, and CAC.
