Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across our credit cards, finance, and marketplace verticals. You will embed with business teams from day one, turning data into actionable insights and building scalable dashboards that are actually used.

The role demands 7+ years in BI/analytics, strong SQL, LookML or BI modeling, and the ability to connect data to business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in BI or analytics with direct exposure to performance or affiliate marketing.
• Own end-to-end reporting from data ingestion to dashboards and insights.
• Ability to connect data work to business decisions and growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting infrastructure across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals.
• Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends and conduct retrospective analyses.
• Build dashboards that are actually used and understood to drive decisions.
• Develop LookML structures with attention to downstream impacts and data quality.
• Deliver proactive retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, and CAC performance.
