Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. You will work embedded with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends, run retrospective analyses, and ensure insights are actively used to influence business decisions.

This role demands end-to-end ownership from raw data to dashboards, building standardized reporting and fostering

Qualifications

Expert SQL and handling unstructured data to extract insights.
Ownership of reporting; drive adoption and literacy.
Performance marketing optimization through data levers.
LookML development or equivalent in BI tools.
Curiosity and business depth to be analytical partner.

Responsibilities

Own the reporting infrastructure across verticals to enable decision-making.
Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends.
Move beyond dashboards to ensure insights are used and acted on.
Deliver retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, CAC, and seasonality.
Build trust through standardized reporting and self-service analytics.
