Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure that powers decision-making across our Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. You will team with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management from day one to uncover meaningful trends and drive retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, and CAC performance.

You will be deeply invested in whether your work gets used, understood, and acted on, not just

Qualifications

• Expert SQL & unstructured data handling to extract accurate insights
• Ownership of reporting, standardization, and driving data literacy
• Capitalize on performance marketing data to optimize campaigns and revenue per session
• Advanced LookML development or equivalent in BI tools for complex models
• Curiosity and business depth to become a trusted analytical partner, not just a builder

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across verticals
• Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to identify trends and drive retrospective analyses
• Ensure dashboards are used, understood, and acted on rather than handed off
• Build a standardized reporting suite and proactive self-service analytics within a collaborative team environment
• Develop LookML/BI models with an eye toward downstream impact and data quality
