Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Lead Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for its Virtual Health Assessment team. The role focuses on virtual care leadership, supervising APPs, and delivering high-quality care via telemedicine from a home office.

Responsibilities include clinical governance, guideline development, and collaboration with Operations and Product teams to drive care model improvements. Remote work is supported for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Must have full practice licensure in good standing in Florida plus at least three of the following states: Arizona; Arkansas; California; Colorado; District of Columbia; Georgia; Illinois; Massachusetts; Michigan; Nevada; New Hampshire; New Jersey; New York; North Carolina; Ohio; Pennsylvania; Texas, or Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care via telemedicine within a multidisciplinary team.
• Supervise a group of APPs (NPs and PAs) delivering care in a virtual environment.
• Clinical escalation point for the care delivery team as needed.
