Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to head a team of domain architects in designing and implementing AI Agent Control. You will drive scalable AI solutions, including agent authentication, observability, and post-training environments, while guiding architecture across AI, Security, Data and Infra teams.

You will lead hands-on development, mentor engineers, and influence strategic technology directions in a fast-paced enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in EE, CS or Math.
• 10+ years in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and secrets management.
• Familiar with AI-native tooling and code assistants.
• Experience with cryptographic identity/auth.

Responsibilities

• Design control harness intelligence for multiagent systems.
