Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to guide a team of domain experts in designing and implementing AI Agent Control. You will shape architectures for agent identity, authentication, and post-training environments while driving cross-functional collaboration across AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams.

The role demands 10+ years in software engineering and AI, experience with multi-agent systems, and hands-on development of advanced agentic capabilities.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and modern secrets management.
• Familiarity with AI native software development tools / code assist.
• Languages: Python, Bash, Typescript; Go, Rust, Java.
• Understand AI Native design process and principles.
• Experience with cryptographic methods of identity and auth.
• Experience with CI/CD and code hosting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design of control harness intelligence systems including multiagent systems and tools.
• Design architectures for agent identity and authentication at scale.
• Design of post training and tuning environments.
• Implement and test architectures benchmarking performance.
• Lead a team of experts in building universal agentic control harnesses.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams for balanced outcomes.
• Support business development and IP filings.
