EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to guide a team of domain experts in designing and implementing AI Agent Control. The role focuses on agent authentication, telemetry, environment control, and may involve federated learning and open-source model synthesis.

The candidate will lead architecture for large-scale multiagent systems, collaborate with security and infrastructure teams, and drive development of universal agent control frameworks while contributing to IP filings

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of software engineering and AI experience.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and secrets management.
• Familiarity with AI native development tools and modern IDEs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of AI agent control harnesses and multiagent systems.
• Define architectures for agent identity and authentication at scale.
• Oversee post-training and tuning environments.
• Develop synthesis models for AI open-source platforms.
• Benchmark architectures against agent and human evals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data, and Infra teams.
• Drive strategic tech development and IP filings.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agent control.
