Job summary

EY is hiring an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to lead a team of domain architects in designing and implementing AI Agent Control. You will shape universal agentic control harnesses, including authentication, telemetry and policy definitions across large-scale multi-agent systems.

You will drive architecture, mentor engineers, collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams, and contribute to IP filings while advancing cutting-edge AI capabilities in enterprise settings.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of software engineering and AI experience.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and secrets management.
• Familiar with AI native tools and modern IDE/CI/CD.
• Proficient in Python, Bash, Typescript; Go/Rust/Java.
• Knowledge of identity/auth cryptography and cloud AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design control harness intelligence systems for multiagent platforms.
• Architect agent identity and authentication for large-scale systems.
• Design post-training and tuning environments.
• Develop synthesis models for AI open-source models.
• Implement and test architectures with benchmarking evaluations.
• Build comprehensive AI agent control frameworks.
• Drive agent design requirements through AI native design.
• Research emerging authorization architectures and frontier models.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams for practical outcomes.
• Support business development and present at conferences.
