Job summary

Vanta is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Agent Ecosystem, to own external surfaces such as MCP, CLI, and plugins. You will define strategy, ship developer-focused products, and own outcomes across APIs, integrations, and partner ecosystems.

You will partner with platform, engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure secure, scalable developer experiences and drive adoption across agent tools and marketplaces.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, taking products from strategy through to shipped outcomes.
• Experience shipping developer-facing or programmatic products (APIs, integrations, plugins, SDKs, or CLI tools).
• Technical fluency with APIs, authentication, and developer tools; hands-on with AI/agent tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Vanta’s agent ecosystem products.
• Define how agents discover, access, and safely use Vanta capabilities with API and authentication surfaces.
• Lead marketplace and plugin launches with cross-functional teams (engineering, legal, security, GTM).
• Partner with engineering/design to ship secure, reliable developer products.
• Build developer-facing marketing: docs and customer stories for MCP and CLI.
