Job summary

Vanta seeks a Senior Product Manager, Agent Ecosystem to own external agent surfaces (MCP, CLI, plugins) and drive strategy from vision to shipped outcomes. You will collaborate with platform teams, lawyers, and go‑to‑market partners to ensure secure, scalable developer products.

You will work across API access, authentication, and developer tooling, guiding marketplace launches and partnerships with AI platforms, while defining adoption metrics and prioritizing product opportunities based on

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience from strategy through shipped outcomes.
Experience shipping developer-facing or programmatic products (APIs, integrations, plugins, SDKs, or CLI tools).
Technical fluency with APIs, authentication, and developer tools.
Experience leading cross-functional work across product, engineering, design, marketing, partnerships, legal, and GTM.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy and roadmap for Vanta’s agent ecosystem products.
Define how agents discover, access, and safely use Vanta capabilities with APIs and authentication.
Lead marketplace and plugin launches with cross‑functional teams.
Partner with engineering and design to ship secure developer products.
Build developer-facing marketing through docs and customer stories.
