Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Lead Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to oversee Virtual Health Assessment care delivered remotely. You will supervise APPs, coordinate virtual and in-person care when needed, and report to the Director of Virtual Health Assessment.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, quality of care, and collaboration across Operations and Product teams, with remote work from home offices in the advertised states.

Qualifications

• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited program.
• Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC)
• 5+ years of primary/urgent care experience.
• 1+ year experience delivering care in a community-based or in-person setting.
• Full practice licensure in good standing in Florida with at least three of the listed states.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care via telemedicine as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Supervise a group of APPs (NPs and PAs) delivering care in a virtual environment.
• Serve as clinical escalation point for the care delivery team (APPs, RNs, MAs).
• Support development of clinical guidelines and continuous improvement of the care model.
• Be accountable for the quality of care of your patients.
• Perform other duties as assigned and ensure regulatory compliance.
