Oscar Health is hiring a Lead Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) for the Virtual Health Assessment team. This remote role will oversee care delivered to members, supervise APPs and coordinate virtual and in-person care when needed.

The position is remote and open to multiple states; base pay ranges from $135,000 to $176,000 per year plus benefits, including PTO, paid holidays, 401k match, and annual bonus.

Formación

• Must hold Florida licensure in good standing and meet licensure requirements in three more states.
• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from accredited program.
• Board certification (NCCPA, AANP, or ANCC).
• 5+ years of primary/urgent care experience.
• 1+ year in community-based or in-person care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care via telemedicine (video, phone, messaging) with a multidisciplinary team.
• Supervise a group of APPs delivering care in a virtual environment and support professional/clinical growth.
• Serve as clinical escalation point for the care delivery team (APPs, RNs, MAs).
• Help develop clinical guidelines and improve the care model in collaboration with Operations and Product teams.
• Be accountable for quality of care of your patients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Conocimientos

Licensure in Florida

Multi-state licensure (3+ states)

DNP/FNP/ENP/PA

Board Certification (NCCPA/AANP/ANCC)

5+ years clinical experience

1+ year telemedicine

Educación
