Oscar Health seeks a Lead Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our Virtual Health Assessment team, delivering care primarily virtually within a multidisciplinary group from home. You will oversee APPs and coordinate with RNs and MAs, ensuring high-quality care across patient panels.

You will report to the Director of Virtual Health Assessment, participate in guideline development, and contribute to continuous care-model improvements. Travel may be required for meetings.

Formación

• Full practice licensure in good standing in Florida plus 3+ eligible states.
• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited program.
• Board Certification (NCCPA, AANP, or ANCC).
• 5+ years of primary/urgent care experience.
• 1+ year experience delivering care in a community-based or in-person setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care via telemedicine with a multidisciplinary team.
• Supervise APPs (NPs and PAs) delivering care virtually.
• Serve as clinical escalation point for the care delivery team.
• Support development of clinical guidelines and care model improvements.
• Be accountable for the quality of patient care.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
