Job summary

Brightside Health is hiring a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW) to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy as a 1099 contractor. You’ll join a 100% remote practice with steady referrals, free CEUs, malpractice coverage, and supportive clinical teams.

You can set a flexible schedule (minimum 9 hours/week across 2 days) and work with diverse populations, using CBT and other evidence-based approaches. We handle billing and credentialing to keep admin light.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD).
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Tech-friendly and open to digital tools in care delivery.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol (UP); additional modalities such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR are welcomed
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care
• Maintain documentation using our AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant EMR
