Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed remote mental health therapists to deliver telehealth care across our general program. This is a 1099 contractor role with a fully remote setup and built-in clinical community.

You will provide CBT-based therapy to adults, enjoy flexible scheduling, and receive strong operational support, free CEUs, malpractice coverage, and referrals to sustain a steady caseload.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Ability to commit to at least 9 hours of availability per week across 2 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth therapy sessions to individuals.
• Apply CBT and the Unified Protocol; ACT, DBT, EMDR welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
