Brightside Health in the United States is seeking a licensed remote therapist (LCSW or equivalent) for a 1099 contractor telehealth role.

Deliver care using CBT and evidence-based modalities with strong clinical support, billing and credentialing handled by Brightside. A steady caseload and flexible schedule help therapists grow their private practice while improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.

Responsabilités

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol (UP); additional modalities such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR are welcomed
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care
