Job summary
Brightside Health is seeking licensed mental health therapists to provide high-quality telehealth therapy on a flexible 1099 basis. Deliver weekly video sessions to adults, apply CBT and other evidence-based modalities, and track progress with digital assessments within a HIPAA-compliant EMR.
The role offers full remote work, a supportive clinical community, and operational help with billing, credentialing, and insurance.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
- Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD).
- 2+ years of experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
- Telehealth or online therapy experience.
- Minimum availability: 9 hours per week across at least 2 days.
- Multi-state licensure is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals.
- Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; ACT/DBT/EMDR welcomed.
- Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and therapists for integrated care.
- Maintain documentation using an AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant EMR.
