Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed mental health therapists to provide remote telehealth services as 1099 contractors. You will deliver weekly video-based therapy to adults using CBT and other evidence-based approaches, with billing and admin handled by Brightside.

This role offers flexibility, strong clinical support, and access to CAMS training and free CEUs. The position is 100% remote (national scope) with a steady referral stream and malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years of CBT and evidence-based therapies for adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth sessions to individuals across behavioral health conditions.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and UP; modalities such as ACT, DBT, EMDR welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
