Brightside Health is hiring licensed mental health therapists to deliver high-quality teletherapy as 100% remote, 1099 contractors. You’ll provide weekly video sessions, build a flexible practice with a steady referrals stream, and enjoy built-in clinical support, malpractice coverage, and free CEUs.

Join a data-driven team focused on outcomes, with CBT and Unified Protocol as core approaches, optional therapy tracks like Suicide Prevention, Teen Therapy, and IOP, and role-specific onboarding

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.
• Tech-savvy and open to digital tools in care delivery.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.
• Experience with higher-acuity populations and/or adolescents preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol (UP); additional modalities such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR are welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
