Job summary

Brightside Health is hiring licensed remote mental health therapists to deliver teletherapy across our general mental health program. You’ll join a supportive clinical community with flexible scheduling and built-in operational support.

We offer a steady, referral-backed caseload, free CEUs, CAMS suicide prevention training, malpractice coverage, and AI-enabled documentation to streamline care. This is a 100% remote, 1099 contractor role with multi-state licensure encouraged.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work and an active independent license.
• Minimum 2+ years of CBT or other evidence-based therapies with adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy and diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth therapy sessions (53+ minutes) to individuals.
• Apply CBT and UP modalities; welcome ACT, DBT, EMDR as appropriate.
• Track progress with measurement-based care and digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and therapists for integrated care; maintain HIPAA-compliant EMR.
