Job summary

Headlight seeks licensed clinicians to provide therapeutic care and case consultation in a flexible, patient-centered setting. You will partner with executive clinicians to deliver high-quality care and leverage automated admin support to focus on meaningful client interaction.

The role supports autonomy in patient care with strong clinical leadership, collaborative teams, and access to NextGen EHR systems. Base compensation plus potential bonuses reflects billed hours and market norms.

Qualifications

• 12 months of clinical experience after licensure.
• Master’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Active, valid clinical license (LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans.
• Meet regularly to provide counseling and adjust plans.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress.
• Involve family members when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities.
