Headlight, a clinician-led behavioral health company, seeks licensed clinicians in the U.S. to join our team. We handle insurance, billing, and marketing so you can focus on patient care, while offering autonomy and executive support to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of clinical experience after licensure.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Active full license (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist) per location.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records; NextGen preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Meet regularly to provide counseling and adjust plans.
• Coordinate with family when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referral activities.
