CrewBloom, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Recruiter to lead sourcing, screening, and hiring of LBAs for ABA services.

The role partners with clinical leadership to ensure licensure and credentialing are current and compliant, including Medicaid enrollment. The recruiter will manage the LBA lifecycle from sourcing through credentialing, tracking, and accreditation maintenance, while coordinating with LTE Care Plus and the HR Director to support BCBAs pursuing LBA licensure in

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting, credentialing, provider enrollment, or HR operations
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA settings preferred
• Familiarity with NY LBA licensure requirements and BCBA-to-LBA pathway advantageous
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage sensitive regulatory information with discretion

• Source, recruit, and hire Licensed Behavior Analysts to support ABA service delivery
• Guide LBAs through licensure and accreditation processes with LT Care Plus
• Coordinate Medicaid provider enrollment and track enrollment status
• Maintain credentialing records and ensure compliance across the LBA workforce
• Manage HRIS data entry, updates, and reporting for LBA population
• Support HR operations and participate in audits or process improvements
