Job summary

CrewBloom is seeking an experienced LBA Recruiter to lead sourcing, credentialing, and Medicaid partnership efforts for Licensed Behavior Analysts in New York. You will collaborate with BCBAs pursuing LBA licensure and coordinate with clinical leadership to ensure timely onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level HR/healthcare degree preferred; high school diploma acceptable.
• Minimum 2 years in recruiting, credentialing, or HR operations.
• Experience with Medicaid enrollment processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with NY LBA licensure requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and hire Licensed Behavior Analysts across NYC, Long Island and Westchester.
• Coordinate licensure and credentialing with Medicaid enrollment processes.
• Maintain credentialing files and HRIS records with accuracy and timeliness.
• Guide BCBAs through LBA licensure and accreditation processes in NY.
• Manage interview scheduling and offers with clinical leadership.
