Remote Jobs is seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Recruiter to source, screen, and hire LBAs across NYC, Long Island, and Westchester. The recruiter will handle credentialing support, accreditation maintenance, and Medicaid enrollment in partnership with HR and clinical leadership.

The role requires knowledge of NY LBA licensure, Medicaid enrollment, and HRIS administration, with 2+ years in recruiting or credentialing preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires sourcing and recruitment of LBAs and credentialing support.
• Manages Medicaid enrollment processes and accreditation maintenance.
• Coordinates licensure tracking and renewal reminders.
• Experience with NY LBA licensure requirements and BCBA-to-LBA pathway is a plus.
• Strong HRIS and data accuracy required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify LBAs in NY regions.
• Post and manage LBA roles across platforms and networks.
• Screen candidates for licensure status and availability.
• Coordinate interview process with HR Director and clinical leadership.
• Manage offers and pre-hire documentation per HR policies.
• Maintain a strong LBA candidate pipeline.
