Job summary

CrewBloom is expanding its HR team to recruit Licensed Behavior Analysts and manage the LBA lifecycle, including licensure, credentialing, and Medicaid enrollment. The recruiter partners with BCBAs pursuing LBA licensure and coordinates with clinical leadership to ensure timely accreditation and compliance.

The role supports NY licensure requirements, HRIS administration, and credential tracking while ensuring zero-defect records and smooth onboarding for LBAs in Medicaid-funded services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting, credentialing, provider enrollment, or HR operations.
• Prior experience in a healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA setting strongly preferred.
• Experience with Medicaid provider enrollment processes is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with New York State LBA licensure requirements and the BCBA-to-LBA pathway is a significant advantage.
• Prior HRIS administration experience required; experience with Zoho or similar platforms preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple LBA credentialing timelines simultaneously.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills for outreach to clinical professionals.
• High attention to detail and commitment to zero-defect credentialing records.
• Ability to manage sensitive professional and regulatory information with discretion.
• Self-directed with the ability to meet compliance deadlines without prompting.
• Understanding of ABA therapy service delivery and the clinical role of the LBA in a Medicaid funded service model.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and hire qualified Licensed Behavior Analysts for NYC, Long Island, and Westchester County.
• Manage LBA credentialing, licensure tracking, and Medicaid enrollment processes.
• Coordinate interview logistics with clinical leadership and HR Director.
• Extend offers and manage pre-hire documentation per policies.
• Maintain active LBA candidate pipelines to meet service delivery needs.
• Track accreditation progress and ensure credential maintenance and renewals.
• Keep LBA license expiration and renewal deadlines on a master tracker.
