Zusammenfassung

CrewBloom seeks a licensed behavior analyst (LBA) recruiter to source, credential, and onboard LBAs for ABA therapy services in New York. You will partner with the HR Director to streamline licensure, accreditation, and enrollment processes.

Lead LBA credential tracking, help BCBAs through licensure, and ensure compliance with Medicaid enrollment and HRIS documentation. This remote role supports operations across NYC, Long Island, and Westchester.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting, credentialing, provider enrollment, or HR operations.
• Prior experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA setting strongly preferred.
• Experience with Medicaid provider enrollment processes is highly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified LBAs across NYC, Long Island, and Westchester.
• Post and manage LBA job listings across professional platforms and licensure boards.
• Screen candidates for licensure status and availability; coordinate interviews with leadership.
• Manage pre-hire documentation and offers in line with HR policies.
• Maintain an active LBA candidate pipeline to meet service delivery needs.
