Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a dedicated LBA Recruiter to source, screen, and hire Licensed Behavior Analysts across NYC, Long Island, and Westchester. You will guide licensure and credentialing processes in partnership with LTE Care Plus, ensuring Medicaid enrollment and ongoing accreditation compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, managing pre-hire docs, and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline while partnering with HR and clinical leadership to support

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting, credentialing, provider enrollment, or HR operations experience.
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA settings preferred.
• Familiarity with New York LBA licensure requirements and BCBA-to-LBA pathway is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit Licensed Behavior Analysts across NYC, Long Island, and Westchester.
• Coordinate interview process with HR Director and clinical leadership.
• Manage pre-hire documentation and offers per HR policies.
• Maintain credentialing and Medicaid enrollment tracking in HRIS.
