Zusammenfassung

Wisepath Group is seeking an Onboarding Manager to lead law-firm buyer onboarding from signed agreement through first delivered case and stabilization. You will translate business requirements into testable onboarding specs and coordinate Development, QA, Operations, and external stakeholders through go-live.

Full-time remote role for US-based clients. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in client onboarding or SaaS implementations and strong project management skills, with experience in CRM

Qualifikationen

3+ years in client onboarding, implementation, or a comparable B2B/SaaS role.
Experience managing multiple implementations with firm deadlines.
Technical fluency with APIs, CRM integrations, call routing, field mappings.

Aufgaben

Lead buyer kickoff calls and document case types, intake criteria, geographies, and requirements.
Convert requirements into standardized onboarding specifications for technical teams.
Coordinate onboarding stakeholders across Development, QA, Operations, and buyers.
Manage onboarding pipeline, milestones, dependencies, risks, and status in ClickUp.
Schedule and attend end-to-end testing and confirm sign-off before go-live.
Monitor the first 30 days for delivery pacing and issue resolution.
Triage buyer issues and route work to appropriate owners, maintaining communication.
Maintain onboarding checklists, templates, SOPs, and feedback loops for improvement.
